We promise gentle care. At O’Neil Dental Center, we understand the concerns you may have with your dental care and convenience. So our first concern, always, is to put you at ease.
We practice “gentle care”. That means a friendly, helpful voice on the phone. A cheerful greeting each time you arrive. Warm, comfortable surroundings throughout our office. And a respectful, open ear as we involve you in your dental health decisions, and work with you to develop and implement your personal care plan.
Just as important, gentle care also means making you as comfortable as possible during every visit.
We use the latest dental technology to help avoid discomfort. If you should experience discomfort, we’ll recommend solutions or alternative treatment approaches for you to consider. Also, we provide conveniences such as TV and I pod Touch use to help you relax.

Appointments
We strive to remain punctual and respect our patients’ time. Occasionally, emergencies do occur and we will make every effort to honor your appointment and make sure you are seen as punctually as possible.
If unforeseen events happen and you are not able to make your appointment, we do require 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments. Please call our office as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

While we are preferred providers for the above insurance carriers, we are often able to submit your insurance claim for you (please contact our office for specific details regarding insurance carriers). We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. We offer a 5% discount for cash or check payments day of service.
Payment OptionsWe accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
