Jeffrey E. O'Neil, DDS
Dr. O'Neil earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1987 and continued his formal training with a General Practice Residency at the University of Minnesota. He has also served as a clinical assistant professor at the U of MN School of Dentistry.
Associated with O'Neil Dental Center since 1990, Dr. O'Neil is dedicated to his personal continuing professional education. He is an "early adapter" of new dental technology and techniques that enable O'Neil Dental Center to consistently enhance and improve our patients' care and comfort.
Dr. O'Neil is a member of, and serves on several committees within, the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association and the Minneapolis District Dental Society. He is also an honorary member of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, which promotes the elevation of the standards and practices of the art and science of dentistry worldwide. Mpls. St. Paul magazine has recognized Dr. O'Neil as a top Twin Cities dentist and has been recognized as a Top Dentist inMinnesota Monthly.
Dr. O'Neil lives in Chanhassen with his wife, Mary, his three children, and is active in his church. He enjoys golf, watching and coaching his children's sports, and spending time at their family cabin in Northern Minnesota.
Megan L. Beuckens, DDS
Dr. Megan L. Beuckens attended the University of Minnesota for both her undergraduate and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degrees. Committed to providing the most up-to-date treatment options for her patients, she pursues many continuing education classes and is an active member of Spear Study Club (which is one of the top continuing education groups in the nation). Dr. Beuckens has a keen eye for detail and it shows in being recognized by our peers as one of Twin Cities' Top Dentists in MPLS. ST. PAUL Magazine. Her passion and heart are in esthetic dentistry, and she brings an outstanding esthetic dentistry background to our practice as well.
Outside of the office, Dr. Beuckens has participated in numerous community service activities including "Project Homeless Connect"and "Give Kids A Smile", plus she has a knack for cooking, travel and running the area lakes.

April K., Patient Coordinator
April has been helping O’Neil Dental Center care for our patients and their smiles since 1998. Over the years, April’s favorite aspect of the job has been building relationships with each patient. Away from the office she loves spending time with her husband and two daughters. She stays busy with her daughters dance schedule and enjoys traveling.
Jessica S., Patient Coordinator
Jessica graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2007 with her Bachelors in Applied Science. Since then she has always been a part of the health services profession. “Being rewarded by knowing that I have helped at least one person each day brings joy to my heart.” She enjoys being a part of the O’Neil Dental family because of the commitment and passion with both the patients and employees. Her hobbies include coaching the Chaska Hawks Dance Team, spending time with friends and hanging out with her husband and two sons in Savage.
Lisa F., Patient Coordinator
Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Bemidji State University. She has been in dentistry since 2005 and joined O’Neil Dental Center in 2016. She enjoys getting to know patients and helping to educate them about their dental benefits. When Lisa is away from the office she enjoys plays, movies, bowling and spending time with her son and adorable black rescue cat Cinders.
Stacy C., LDH
Stacy grew up in Burnsville and received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota in 2003. Stacy is passionate about her profession and believes that the key to optimal oral health is education and compassion. She truly enjoys getting to know her patients and strives to give each person her individualized attention while providing the highest level of care. When Stacy is away from the office she loves spending time with her husband, son, dog, family and friends. She also enjoys playing her guitar and singing, being active in athletic activities, and spending time up north.
Jenny H., LDH
Jenny graduated as a dental hygienist from Normandale Community College in 2004 and is CPR certified. Jenny lives in Woodbury with her husband and two children. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Amber C., LDH
Amber graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Argosy University in 2010. She loves working with people and designing a care plan individualized to each person. Her goal is to create a calm and positive experience for her patients. When Amber is away from the office she likes spending most of her time with her family and friends. She also enjoys relaxing in the sun at her cabin.
Ashley H., LDA/CDA
Ashley earned her degree in Dental Assisting in 2012 from St. Cloud Technical and Community College. She moved to the Twin Cities and started her career at O'Neil Dental Center in 2014. Ashley is passionate about all facets of dentistry and continues to take classes. Outside of O'Neil Dental Center Ashley enjoys being outdoors- kayaking, camping, walks with her dog and spending time with friends and family.
Cara S., LDA
Cara received her AAS degree in dental assisting from Hennepin Technical College in 2006. She joined O’Neil Dental Center in May 2016 and likes getting to know the patients and providing them with the best dental care. Cara lives in New Market with her husband and son. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her son’s baseball and basketball teams.
Kelsey B., LDA
Kelsey graduated from Hennepin Technical College with a AAS degree in Dental Assisting in 2014. She is passionate about getting to know her patients and helping to put the most anxious ones at ease. She believes that education is important for oral health and strives to attend continuing educations courses to better serve herself and patients. Away from the office she enjoys watching her son play baseball and hockey, attending country music concerts, playing in a beach volleyball league, and spending time with friends and family.
Nathan B., Clinical Support
Nathan joined O'Neil Dental Center in 2018 and is currently studying Community Health Education. When Nathan is not working he enjoys playing guitar, hanging out with his girlfriend and pet hedgehog, Hedgie.
